Users visiting the ParcelQuest website may access information from ARCC’s official records, as well as information provided by ParcelQuest directly. Customers may conduct up to 25 searches in any 30-day period free of charge.
Searches in excess of that threshold may require a subscription to ParcelQuest’s data services. Recorded documents and other property-related reports are also available for a fee. The fees charged by ParcelQuest may be more or less than the fees charged by ARCC or other agencies.
Documents purchased through the ParcelQuest website will be immediately available electronically. Documents purchased directly from the ARCC will be mailed to the customer via U.S. Mail. Certified copies of documents are only available directly from ARCC.
Assessed Values, Property Characteristics, and Assessor Maps are considered to be accurate at the time they are posted. This data can and will change without notice. What is the Property Tax Postponement Program?
The State Controller’s Property Tax Postponement Program allows
homeowners who are seniors, are blind, or have a disability to defer
current-year property taxes on their principal residence if they meet
certain criteria, including at least 40 percent equity in the home and
an annual household income of $49,017 or less (among other
requirements). The deferment of property taxes is secured by a lien
against the property which must eventually be repaid.
